These terms explain how PrepPro can be used, what we expect from users, and how we keep the learning environment fair for everyone.
1. Account usage
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile details and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share access with others or use the platform in a way that disrupts other learners.
2. Educational use only
All mock exams, notes, explanations, and analytics are provided for study and preparation purposes. Content may not be copied, redistributed, or presented as official commission material.
3. Fair practice environment
We may protect the platform against abuse, automated scraping, cheating, or any activity that harms exam integrity. Violations may lead to restricted access.
4. Updates and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features when needed. Continued use of the platform means you accept updates to these terms when they are published.
5. Material you upload to the AI Exam Studio
The AI Exam Studio builds practice exams from material you supply — typed notes, documents you attach, or web pages you link. You keep ownership of everything you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to use it. Do not upload material you are not permitted to use, including copyrighted books, paywalled content, or another person’s confidential documents. We read your material only to build the exam you asked for: the text is used for that generation and then discarded, and we do not store your uploaded files. What we keep is limited to file names, page links, and the questions produced, so you can see what an exam was built from. Generated questions are drawn from the material you supplied and may still contain mistakes, so check anything important against an authoritative source. Credits are consumed when a generation runs, and are returned automatically if it fails.
6. Sharing an exam publicly
An exam you create is private to you unless you ask us to publish it. If you submit one for review, you confirm that you have the right to share that material publicly and that it is not copied from copyrighted or paywalled sources. Every submission is reviewed before it appears, and we may decline or later remove an exam — for example if it is inaccurate, too thin, or appears to reproduce protected material. Your source files and links are never shown publicly, even after an exam is published. Published exams remain available to other candidates while they are live; if one is removed, your own attempt history is kept.
