About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will manage end-to-end supply chain activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support operational efficiency through effective use of Oracle, SAP, SFDA, and Sabeer systems. Responsibilities: Coordinate procurement and inventory management to meet organizational demand. Maintain accurate supply schedules and update records in Oracle and SAP. Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations and company policies. Monitor supply levels and initiate replenishment requests via Sabeer processes. Prepare regular reports on supply metrics, discrepancies, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues. Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related functions. Proficiency in Oracle (technical) and SAP (technical) for procurement and inventory management. Practical knowledge of SFDA regulatory requirements (technical). Experience with Sabeer system workflows (technical). Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
