Risk Manager

The Risk Manager will lead the development and execution of our enterprise risk management framework in Saudi Arabia. You will identify, assess, and monitor credit, market, and operational risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with stakeholders to embed risk-aware decision making across the organization. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain an enterprise risk management framework aligned with industry best practices and local regulations, conduct quantitative and qualitative risk analysis for credit, market, and operational risk exposures, prepare and present comprehensive risk reports, dashboards, and heat maps to senior management and regulatory bodies, monitor changes in Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA, CMA) and ensure organizational compliance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related discipline; 7–10 years of experience in risk management within financial services or related industries; strong technical expertise in risk analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
