People Project Manager

The People Project Manager at Stripe is critical in scaling our internal people functions by managing large-scale operational projects. This role serves as the glue between various departments—HR, IT, and Operations—to ensure that new systems, processes, and initiatives are rolled out smoothly and effectively across different geographies (Atlanta, Chicago) and virtually. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing process documentation, and executing change management strategies for employee adoption. You will use your program management skills to move abstract HR needs into tangible, operational realities. Candidates should possess a strong background in process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) and experience managing complex stakeholder groups. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency in project methodologies are highly desirable for driving efficiency across the workforce.
