Risk Operations Associate, Partner Risk Operations (CDMX)

This role is crucial for maintaining the security and operational health of Stripe’s partner ecosystem in Mexico City. The Risk Operations Associate will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential financial risks stemming from third-party integrations and partnerships. You will be responsible for executing daily monitoring protocols, conducting deep dives into suspicious activity, and collaborating with legal and compliance teams to enforce risk policies. Key responsibilities include performing fraud analysis, managing onboarding reviews for high-risk partners, and documenting mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of payment gateways, regulatory frameworks (especially in LATAM), and excellent analytical skills. You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to protect both the company and its merchant base from undue financial exposure.
