Senior Claims Manager

1. Leading the end- to -end claims lifecycle (EOT, variations, disruption, prolongation). 2. Developing and implementing claims management framework across RUA projects. 3. Advising on contractual entitlements under FIDIC models and other forms of contracts and agreements. 4. Managing high- value, complex claims (both offensive and defensive). 5. Supporting and leading dispute resolution processes (DAB, DAAB, arbitration etc..). 6. Coordinating with external counsel, delay experts, and quantum consultants. 7. Provide strategic advice to executive management on claims exposure and risk. 8. Support project teams in claims avoidance strategies. Skills: Minimum 12-18 years of experience in construction law and claims management, major infra., real estate, and EPC projects. Demonstrated experience with FIDIC contracts and complex, high value claims and disputes. Qualified Lawyer (LLB OR equivalent) from recognized jurisdiction. Admission to practice law is strongly preferred. Postgraduate in construction law / arbitration / claims management is highly required.
