Associate Director- Field Service
Raytheon Saudi Arabia (RSA) is seeking an Associate Director, Program Liaison to support the THAAD Programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage and execute collaboration activities and engagements between the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) leadership and Raytheon to ensure contract and subcontract requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. You will drive effective management of risk, end-user expectations based on contractual scope, and effectively communicate with the RSADF top leadership, up to the Chief of Staff level. Qualifications: University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience. Saudi Nationality is required. Experience as a RSADF Senior Military Officer or civilian equivalent, interfacing with RSADF General Officer Staff and the MoD.
