We are looking for an ambitious Software Engineer dedicated to improving the initial user experience (Onboarding) at ramp. This role sits within our Growth Engineering team and is central to driving user activation rates. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the entire onboarding funnel, from first sign-up to feature adoption. Key tasks include integrating new product features into the setup flow, developing A/B testing infrastructure, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers. Proficiency in building scalable full-stack solutions and a keen analytical mindset are essential for maximizing user retention metrics. This role is hybrid based in New York City.
