Structural Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer to join our Architecture & Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis for F&B, retail, hospitality, fit-out, and commercial projects. This role involves working closely with architects, interior designers, BIM teams, and project managers to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze structural systems for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects. Prepare structural calculations, design reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and BIM teams to ensure seamless project execution. Review architectural layouts and provide practical structural solutions during design development. Perform structural assessments for renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and structural calculations. Conduct site inspections to ensure structural works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and safety regulations. Support project planning, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
