An experienced real estate intermediary is sought to contribute to a leading real estate firm in Riyadh. Responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives, building strong client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. Responsibilities: Attract new properties and add properties under the management of the company. Bring in real estate marketing contracts and negotiate with property owners to secure them. Conduct field visits to search for properties, opportunities, and new contracts. Market and lease properties. Gather sales offers. Receive and deliver properties and ensure their readiness. Build professional relationships with property owners, tenants, and clients. Follow up with clients until the sales or leasing process is completed. Skills: Good knowledge of real estate systems and modern regulations. Familiarity with real estate marketing practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and relationship building. Ability to attract properties and convince owners to work with the company. Ability to prepare and follow up on real estate marketing contracts. Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications. Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. Accountability. Organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in English. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma. Experience of at least one year in brokerage or real estate marketing or real estate sales, or in one of the real estate companies. Familiarity with the local real estate market and effective property attraction strategies is preferred.
