Lead Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Contract Manager to oversee contract administration, manage project agreements, and ensure compliance across all project phases within our construction operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading contract strategy, reviewing and negotiating contractual terms, and supporting project teams in all contractual matters. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the negotiation of contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with company policies while mitigating risks associated with contractual obligations. 2. Oversee the drafting and review of contracts, utilizing legal knowledge and attention to detail to ensure clarity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide tailored contract solutions that support business objectives and operational efficiency. 4. Monitor contract performance and compliance, conducting regular audits to identify potential issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, facilitating open communication to address concerns and foster collaboration.
