Regional Business Head (RBH) across Punjab

Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from HEC-recognized / foreign institution. Experience: Minimum 07 years of post qualification experience with 04 years relevant or Banking experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive regional deposits, advances, Financing (Agri & Non-Agri) & retail business growth against annual targets; Supervise, monitor and control all branches to ensure efficient and operational guidelines from Head Office & other regions; Appropriately carry credit proposals within delegated authority, oversee recovery of NPLs/substandard loans, enforcing cases for CROs/OSM where required; Conduct branch inspections and surprise visits, ensure close of audit/SBP inspection observations; Prepare branch-wise regional budget: manage bank expenses/controls for Security and operational utilization; Drive marketing, branding and customer acquisition initiatives across the region; Ensure strict compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT requirements and internal policies; Oversee branch account operations, complaint resolution and adherence to the Consumer Protection framework; Actively interface SBP & other Official Regulators at all levels & ensure compliance, reporting, Quality of service, Data accuracy and Timely submissions as per timeline; Authority of RBH is limited to Overall Business & Operations & Advance Financial, Post sanction, Quality control/ credit approval, Audit, Branch Governance.
