Chief Security Officer
Qualification: Minimum 14 years education from HEC-recognized / foreign institution, Retired Army/ Law Enforcement Officer or the rank of minimum Equivalnet Major or SSP/OP or Police officer with relevant higher qualification/ certification will be added as advantage. Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with 03 years of relevant or Banking experience. Note: Compulsory Retired From Army on discipline. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement and administer, all aspects of Banks Security and Safety programs as per security policy of Bank. Oversee, implement security department, and set benchmarks of branches / other offices including Head Office. Upgrade / review security policy and procedure manuals of the bank and associated companies. Ensure preventive /commuter security during outer premises of banks, touch points, ATC's, Currency, Burglary Alarm, Sensors Smoke Detectors, Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguishers etc. Keep liason between banks and Law enforcement authorities at appropriate levels to handle security threats; Set standards, analyze, identify potential hazards & security loopholes for views at all bank premises.
