Technical Program Manager, Cloud AI Partnerships

As the Technical Program Manager for Cloud AI Partnerships, you will be pivotal in expanding OpenAI’s reach and capabilities through strategic alliances with major cloud providers. You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle, from initial technical scoping to successful integration and product launch within multi-cloud environments. Key responsibilities include defining partnership requirements, coordinating complex technical deliverables across various internal teams (e.g., Platform Engineering, Research), and ensuring seamless, high-scale deployment of OpenAI models on external cloud infrastructure. This role requires deep understanding of cloud architecture, generative AI principles, and exceptional program management skills to translate business goals into robust, scalable technical roadmaps.
