Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute annual brand plans, manage marketing budgets and evaluate brand performance against KPIs; 2. Market Research & Consumer Insights - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior; 3. Marketing & Brand Execution - Plan and execute campaigns and promotional activities; 4. Innovation & Product Development - Identify and lead new product innovation; 5. Product Portfolio Management - Manage the Tuna product portfolio for sustainable growth; 6. Product Development - Lead development of new tuna products and packaging; 7. Pricing, Promotions & Discount Management - Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans; 8. Market & Commercial Analysis - Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies; 9. Sales & Demand Planning - Work with Sales and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand; 10. Business Performance - Monitor sales, profitability, market share, and ROI. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Category Management within FMCG; Experience in FMCG Food or Seafood is highly preferred.
