Security Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Torrance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous monitoring and defense of NorthwoodSpace's assets against evolving cyber threats. Key responsibilities include managing the incident response lifecycle—from initial alert triage to root cause analysis and containment. You will oversee the deployment and tuning of SIEM/SOAR platforms, refine threat intelligence feeds, and develop playbooks for common attack vectors. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and a proactive mindset focused on reducing mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to respond (MTTR).
