Neura Robotics GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Reinforcement Learning Expert who speaks German to join our core AI team in Zurich. The role focuses on advancing the complex control and locomotion systems for state-of-the-art humanoid robots, requiring strong theoretical knowledge and practical implementation skills. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and testing advanced RL algorithms—such as PPO or SAC—to improve bipedal stability, dynamic movement generation, and general physical interaction capabilities. You will translate complex research into robust robotic solutions, requiring German proficiency for team collaboration. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in continuous control and simulation environments (e.g., Isaac Gym).
