Neura Robotics is seeking a talented Locomotion and Whole-Body Control Engineer to enhance the bipedal capabilities of our advanced humanoid platform. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and validating sophisticated control algorithms that govern complex human movements. The successful candidate will be responsible for everything from gait planning on varied terrains to dynamic whole-body stabilization, ensuring the robot can interact seamlessly with a human environment. Key responsibilities include developing robust locomotion controllers, integrating them into real-time simulation environments (like Gazebo), and deploying validated code onto physical hardware. Ideal qualifications require a strong academic background in mechanical or electrical engineering, coupled with deep expertise in control theory, dynamics, and optimization techniques. Proficiency in modern programming languages like C++ is mandatory, alongside hands-on experience using robotics frameworks such as ROS (Robot Operating System).
