Document Controller
Responsible for controlling, organizing, and maintaining company, technical, operational, equipment, and compliance documents, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, properly filed, and renewed before expiry. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain controlled company, technical, and operational documents. Maintain Oilfield equipment records, including inspection, maintenance, calibration, and certification documents. Track and follow up on equipment certificates, calibration, pressure testing, and lifting equipment inspections / Third-Party Inspection (LOLER). Maintain records for NDT certificates, Well Testing Reports, and Job Completion Certificates. Requirements: Experience in Document Control or a similar administrative/technical role. Oil & Gas / Oilfield experience is required or highly preferred. Knowledge of Oilfield equipment and operational documentation.
