Poland Country Manager

We are looking for a strategic and highly motivated individual to take the helm as our Poland Country Manager. This pivotal remote role involves owning the entire Polish market strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing local operational excellence for Montu across all departments. Key responsibilities include developing and executing national go-to-market plans, building out key partnerships within the healthcare sector, managing P&L accountability, and leading a diverse local team. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in country management roles, preferably within the MedTech or pharmaceutical space. You must be adept at navigating complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining a strong commercial acumen to scale our presence significantly. Qualifications include proven leadership in scaling businesses across borders, fluency in local business culture, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
