Staff / Principal Software Engineer, Infrastructure Security

lovable is seeking a highly skilled Staff or Principal Software Engineer to join our EPD Security team. This role is critical in hardening and securing the core infrastructure across multiple cloud environments. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced security controls, conducting threat modeling exercises for new features, and managing vulnerability remediation cycles. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) combined with a strong understanding of networking protocols and identity management systems (IAM). You will work hands-on to build resilient, secure pipelines that support the entire product lifecycle. Expertise in languages like Python or Go is required for automation tasks, and experience operating within a fast-paced startup environment focused on compliance and rapid scale is highly desired.
