lio is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Administration & Automation Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our technological stack. This role is critical for maintaining infrastructure stability while driving efficiency through automation. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of IT operations, managing network security, supporting end-users, and crucially, developing scalable automation scripts (e.g., using Python or Ansible) to streamline manual processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure), networking protocols, and has a proven track record in implementing robust technical solutions from concept to deployment. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within our fast-paced Munich office environment.
