Strategy Manager

LightSpeedHQ is seeking a highly motivated Strategy Manager to join the Operations department. This role is critical for identifying areas of operational inefficiency and developing actionable transformation strategies that will scale with rapid company growth. You will serve as an internal consultant, working across various teams—from Product to Sales—to standardize processes, improve workflows, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Key responsibilities involve deep data analysis (identifying root causes for process bottlenecks), creating robust business models, leading cross-functional project teams through change management cycles, and developing compelling executive presentations summarizing strategic recommendations. The successful candidate must possess exceptional problem-solving acumen, strong quantitative skills, and a proactive mindset capable of navigating ambiguity.
