Basic Literacy Teacher
The Basic Literacy Teacher will conduct basic literacy classes for women prisoners at Hyderabad Women Prison as part of the Women Prisoners’ Education Program. The role focuses on delivering interactive and inclusive literacy sessions (Urdu reading, writing, and numeracy), using non-formal education methods, and creating a respectful, trauma-sensitive learning environment. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver daily literacy classes. Use NFE techniques for adult learners. Develop/adapt learning materials. Conduct monthly assessments.
