Transport Officer

Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) is seeking the services of a dynamic and committed Transport Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management and optimization of KW&SC's vehicle fleet. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all vehicles. Playing a critical role in allocation and withdrawal of vehicles. Submitting regular and accurate periodic reports to management. Maintaining complete and organized records such as logbooks, service histories, accident reports. Supervising and mentoring a team of drivers, mechanics, and related staff. Disposal of unserviceable vehicles according to corporate policies. The position demands readiness to efficiently respond to emergencies. QUALIFICATION: Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or a related technology/discipline. A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in fleet or transport management. Proficiency with MS Office and fleet management software.
