Plant Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Systems Engineer to join our Digital Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, availability, security, and performance of Operational Technology (OT) systems and infrastructure supporting safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role is critical in maintaining core industrial systems, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the OT environment. Key Responsibilities: System Administration & Infrastructure: Administer and maintain enterprise servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and core OT infrastructure. Manage operating system configurations, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities. Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and access control systems. Operational Support & Service Reliability: Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure uninterrupted operations. Support OT systems including server infrastructure, workstations, patch management, antivirus solutions, backup and recovery systems. Administer backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes. Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Security, Compliance & Documentation: Implement system hardening, patching, antivirus, and access control measures. Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operating procedures. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, change management processes, and audit recommendations.
