Construction Director

The Construction Director at JASARA PMC is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects. This role entails managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation through completion; develop and implement construction strategies, schedules, and budgets; coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams; ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards; monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues; engage with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred; minimum 20 years of experience in construction management, including leadership roles on large-scale projects; proven ability to manage multimillion or billion-dollar construction programs successfully; strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience with contract negotiation, risk management, and quality assurance.
