Marketing Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to contribute to the development and enhancement of the marketing identity for our commercial brand and support the growth of new branches and outlets. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing marketing plans, managing digital content, supporting the opening of new branches, and implementing campaigns aimed at customers, focusing on converting marketing activity into results and effective sales. Main Responsibilities: - Prepare and implement the monthly marketing plan. - Manage social media accounts and monitor content. - Develop ideas and create content for products and branches. - Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns. - Prepare promotions and campaigns specific to the branches. - Support the opening and operation of new branches. - Study competitors and the local market in Bisha. - Develop targeted campaigns for university students. - Collaborate with the promotions and operations team. - Monitor campaign results and measure ROI and KPIs. - Contribute to the launch of new products and their promotion. - Monitor customer feedback and analyze it to turn it into development opportunities. - Build a customer database and future loyalty programs. Requirements: - Previous experience in marketing, preferably in restaurants or cafes or catering and beverages (F&B). - Good experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms. - Good knowledge of digital advertising and Meta Ads. - Ability to create content and develop products and short videos. - Analytical skills and performance metrics tracking. - Dynamic personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
