Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the polymers industry to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and monitor production processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Investigate process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support for new projects and process modifications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the polymers industry. Strong knowledge of polymer manufacturing processes and process optimization techniques. Experience with process analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software is preferred.
