In this role, you will own end-to-end access management operations across all key FC applications. Ensure access is granted and maintained on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis with appropriate approvals, segregation of duties controls, and in compliance with privacy rules and regulations. Ensure adherence to privacy principles within access processes and tooling. Support Audit / Assurance reviews, respond to findings, and drive timely remediation and sustainable fixes. Re-design end-to-end access journeys to reduce manual steps, turnaround time, and error rates. Deliver automation and AI-enabled capabilities in collaboration with the rest of the team. Establish measurable outcomes and track benefits realization. Lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled team; set clear objectives, performance standards, and a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. To be successful you will need experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, access governance, or security operations within a regulated environment. Understanding of common privacy and data sharing principles. Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to influence across technology and business teams. Proven track record of process re-engineering and automation delivery (workflow/IAM tools). Agile ways of working and continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma awareness). Experience working with Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Privacy stakeholders; comfortable evidencing controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Any relevant security qualifications, such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ and / or privacy certification is a plus.
