What We're Looking For: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to support and grow relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and support. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and check-ins. - Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met effectively. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client requirements and new openings. - Follow up with recurring clients to secure new position requirements and maintain consistent business. - Track account performance and share feedback or insights to improve service quality. - Assist in resolving client concerns promptly and professionally. - Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation. Requirements: - 0-1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or business coordination. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams. - Close attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction. - Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: - Experience working in a recruitment or HR services environment (a plus). - Basic understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, or account management workflows. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
