Project Lead, Payroll

Homebase is hiring a Project Lead to own and drive the development of our critical payroll product suite. This role requires deep operational expertise combined with excellent project management skills to guide feature implementation from concept through deployment. Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle—from gathering stakeholder requirements (including compliance needs) to coordinating technical execution, rigorous quality assurance, and successful rollout to customers. You will serve as the nexus between Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support, ensuring the final payroll solution is seamless, compliant, and provides an exceptional user experience. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a dedication to operational excellence within our Denver office.
