Sales Enablement Lead

As the Sales Enablement Lead, you will be instrumental in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of Higharc's sales team. This role focuses on building scalable learning experiences, curating high-quality sales content, and optimizing the entire go-to-market process. Key responsibilities include developing training modules on complex products, managing sales playbooks within the CRM, and measuring the impact of enablement initiatives. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and deployment needs. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of instructional design skills, deep knowledge of modern SaaS sales cycles, and experience implementing tech solutions for sales teams. This is a remote opportunity based in New York City.
