Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. The Construction Manager will lead site teams, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations on site; plan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams; ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved efficiently; monitor construction progress and prepare regular status reports; ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; review project drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility; identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise; coordinate with project stakeholders; control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets; maintain quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably on large-scale projects; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Strong leadership and team management skills; Proven experience in managing contractors and complex project timelines; In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
