Senior Associate / Associate Manager, Asia Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Associate/Associate Manager to drive our marketing efforts across the Asia region, focusing heavily on the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of consumer behavior within Japan's unique cultural context and have proven experience in executing large-scale marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing localized go-to-market strategies, managing agency relationships, and ensuring brand consistency while maximizing local impact. You will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and regional leadership teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, 3+ years of experience in marketing in Japan (Japanese fluency is highly desirable), and demonstrable success in achieving measurable business growth targets.
