General Accountant

A leading company in the food sector is seeking a highly skilled General Accountant to enhance its financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong accuracy and integrity, with sufficient experience in managing financial transactions and overall financial management for the organization effectively. Responsibilities: Preparation and recording of daily accounting entries and verification of accounts. Monitoring accounts of suppliers and preparing periodic payments. Managing and monitoring cash flows and banking operations. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and periodic performance reports. Monitoring and preparing tax declarations (such as VAT) and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Conducting monthly and annual reconciliations and working with external auditors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Recent graduates up to two years (preferably with experience in the food or retail sector).
