The Hospitality Specialist is responsible for ensuring every guest at Gravity has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly, assist with check-in, waivers, ticketing, and general inquiries, provide park information and safety guidelines, proactively address guest concerns, maintain a welcoming front-of-house area. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or certification/diploma. Prior experience in hospitality preferred. Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
