(i) Second Class or Grade 'C' BS in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a College / University / Institute recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) and Higher Education Commission (HEC). OR Three (3) years diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a College / University / Institute recognized by the PNC with one (1) year Course / certificate in Midwifery (for females) or one (1) year Course / certificate in Nursing related field in lieu of Midwifery (for males). (ii) Valid registration with the PNC. Age limit 20-28 years plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit.
