We are looking for a Staff Electrical Engineer to join the Reliability & Test team in Weirton, WV. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Formenergy's hardware products meet the highest standards of durability and operational longevity. Your primary focus will be developing comprehensive test plans and executing complex validation cycles across our product lines. Responsibilities include diagnosing failure modes under stress, designing specialized test fixtures, and improving the overall test methodology to predict field failures before they occur. Candidates must possess strong background in electrical engineering principles applied to high-power electronic systems, meticulous debugging skills, and experience with industrial testing standards. This role is on-site at our Weirton facility, driving quality assurance for vital energy components.
