Product Operations Manager, Cards & Spend Management

Float is looking for a meticulous Product Operations Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our card and spend management products. This role acts as the critical bridge between product development, engineering reliability, and operational scale. You will be responsible for documenting complex workflows, managing integrations with banking partners, and ensuring compliance across all spending features. Key responsibilities include process mapping (e.g., dispute resolution, KYC/AML), creating scalable documentation, leading operational readiness for new product launches, and improving data pipelines for spend analysis. Success in this role requires extreme attention to detail, a proactive mindset to identify bottlenecks, and the ability to drive systemic improvements across high-volume financial services features.
