We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Team Lead to oversee daily Human Resources operations and lead the HR team in delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the employee lifecycle, Saudi labor regulations, and HR best practices, with the ability to support business growth through effective people management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and company HR policies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and HR compliance.
