RMA & Repair Lead

This critical leadership role manages the entire Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and hardware repair process for our advanced electronic products. You will be responsible for leading failure analysis efforts on returned units, diagnosing root causes of malfunctions, and implementing lasting corrective actions. Key duties involve managing complex troubleshooting protocols, coordinating with NPI/Design teams to improve product resilience, and establishing best-in-class repair workflows that maintain both speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate brings a deep background in electronics failure modes, proficiency with diagnostic equipment, and exceptional process management skills. You must be adept at transforming failure data into actionable design improvements, ultimately enhancing the reliability and longevity of Etched’s products in the field.
