Renewals Strategy Principal Program Manager

Dropbox is hiring a strategic leader to own the global renewal experience. This principal program manager will be critical in designing and executing strategies that significantly boost customer retention rates and predictively mitigate churn across our user base. Your mission involves bridging the gap between Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to create seamless value realization journeys for key accounts. Key responsibilities include mapping the entire renewal lifecycle, identifying high-risk account signals, and building scalable operational playbooks that empower CSMs globally. You must be adept at quantitative analysis—using metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR) to guide program improvements. This role requires a seasoned PM with deep empathy for customer pain points and a proven ability to launch large-scale retention programs in a fast-paced tech setting.
