Staff Software Engineer, Safety Processing

Discord is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Safety Processing infrastructure team. This role is pivotal to maintaining platform integrity by designing, building, and scaling robust systems that monitor, analyze, and process high volumes of user-generated content for policy violations. Key responsibilities include developing complex backend services, optimizing data pipelines, and collaborating cross-functionally with Trust & Safety teams.
