Applied AI Scientist

Demandbase seeks a talented Applied AI Scientist to join our cutting-edge AI/ML team. You will be responsible for taking advanced machine learning research and deploying it into scalable, production-grade services that power our core product offerings. Key duties include designing novel ML architectures, optimizing model performance across diverse datasets (including behavioral data), and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure robust integration. The ideal candidate possesses a strong theoretical foundation in AI/ML, coupled with hands-on experience in the entire MLOps lifecycle. Experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure and specialized areas like graph neural networks or advanced predictive modeling is highly desirable.
