Qualification Essential: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field. Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field. Role Overview: The Director, Outreach is responsible for building and executing Daanish University's national talent identification and pipeline strategy. The Director will coordinate and manage the priority workstreams for Outreach, lead the DU National STEAM Talent Unit, and ensure that the university attracts a diverse, high-potential inaugural cohort from every region and socio-economic background. Experience Minimum 12+ years of post-qualification experience, with preferably five or more years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale projects. Proven track record of managing national campaigns or programmes, reaching diverse, large-scale audiences. Familiarity with data-driven decision making. Experience in higher-education outreach, admissions, or student recruitment would be highly preferred. Prior experience in designing aptitude tests or selection matrices would be beneficial. Proven record of active engagement in improving educational standards, and prior success in such education projects. Passionate about STEAM education, with a drive for excellence and a high personal standard for quality.
