Crusoe is seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer to spearhead our Developer Experience initiatives within the CTO Office. This role requires deep ownership over the entire developer tooling lifecycle—from inception through deployment and iteration. You will be responsible for building next-generation internal platforms that reduce friction, increase velocity, and standardize engineering practices across the company. Ideal candidates possess strong expertise in backend systems, cloud native technologies, and a passion for creating developer efficiency multipliers.
