Senior Staff Data Center Operations Engineer, GPU Hardware Architecture

Crusoe seeks a highly skilled Senior Staff Data Center Operations Engineer to optimize and manage our next-generation compute infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our data center operations, particularly those involving advanced GPU hardware architectures essential for AI/ML workloads. Key responsibilities include designing operational playbooks, managing lifecycle deployments of complex hardware stacks, troubleshooting low-level physical and logical issues, and implementing robust monitoring solutions across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in networking, power management (UPS systems), cooling infrastructure (HVAC), and industrial control systems within a hyperscale environment. Experience with high-throughput computing clusters and cross-functional collaboration with hardware architects is highly desirable. This role demands proactive problem-solving skills to maintain peak performance for demanding computational workloads.
