Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

As a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will be critical in ensuring the high availability, performance, and scalability of Crusoe's core cloud platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise across infrastructure management, incident response, and service resilience best practices. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing automated tooling to reduce toil, managing SLO/SLAs, and leading efforts to improve system architecture robustness. You will collaborate closely with development teams to embed reliability from the design phase through deployment. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to identifying technical debt, and proven experience operating in fast-paced, highly distributed environments.
