Recruiting Coordination

Crusoe is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our People team as a Recruiting Coordinator in Dublin. This role is critical for ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial application through to onboarding. Key responsibilities include scheduling complex interviews across multiple time zones, managing interview day logistics, maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity, and coordinating communications between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be instrumental in supporting high-volume recruiting efforts across various departments globally, directly contributing to Crusoe’s growth trajectory by making every candidate feel valued. Qualifications include proven administrative support experience, proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and excellent organizational abilities. A proactive mindset and a passion for building positive user/candidate experiences are highly desirable.
